The Storm Charger is a five-channel charger designed specifically for charging up to five Storm twist-lock batteries.
The charger is designed for ease of use with battery charging automatically initiated on connection of a battery to any channel with no user input required. State of charge information for each channel is provided by an LED indicator display.
The Storm Charger is a barracks or workshop based charger used for the simultaneous charging of up to five Storm 12V DC twist lock batteries. The Storm Charger is powered from a standard universal AC mains input supply. Battery recharge is carried out through five independent integral charging adaptors, which are configured to securely mount the Storm twist lock batteries.
Designed for ease of use, battery charging is automatically initiated on connection of a battery to any output channel. The charger hardware safely manages the charge process with no user input required. The Storm Charger carries out active thermal management of the internal force cooled heatsink, with user feedback on battery state of charge provided for each channel by an LED indicator display. As well as battery state of charge, the LED displays provide indication of any battery or charger fault conditions.
