We take our company values seriously and believe it is possible to be both profitable and ethical in today’s climate as long as you have the correct company culture.

Our CSR Policy

We develop our products in accordance with UK Defence Standards and US Military Standards and have extensive experience in developing products where (EMC) electromagnetic compatibility and environmental performance is critical. We also supply directly into other armed forces around the world.

As well as designing bespoke batteries, we also supply a range of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products from other manufacturers.

We are ISO 9001 and 14001 accredited, have Cyber Essentials Plus certification for our IT systems and are JOSCAR registered as an identified supplier for defence industry customers including BAE, Babcock, QinetiQ, Leonardo and the MOD.

All Lincad products are ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) component free.
